Going back to the gym was a struggle, but with the plan Rob made for me I was waking up and walking into the gym at 4am and working 10 hours a day without caffeine or struggle. I signed up for Rob training program because people I work with did previously and their results were amazing. In the beginning Rob was very attentive.
